As the UK’s leading supplier of access control systems with products installed in thousands of homes, apartments, schools and hospitals, we employ over 50 people in London and Newcastle including technical support, sales support and production departments. Videx offers free technical support on all equipment from concept to completion with continued technical support through to the end of product life and a commitment to ensure the availability of spares for a minimum of ten years where possible. Our two key locations in the UK are Newcastle upon Tyne and London. At our Newcastle premises we design, manufacture and despatch products across a square foot purpose built manufacturing facility. Training and equipment testing also take place here. The London headquarters houses administration, showroom and training facilities. A convenient customer trade counter facility is provided at both the London and Newcastle sites. Training is an essential element of Videx customer service from both the London and Newcastle sites. Training facilities and showrooms provide distributors, wholesalers and installers with all levels of product training. The establishment of a technical support line reflects the company's policy of providing the fastest response to all types of technical, product and installation enquiries.
