Yoga Instruction and Wellness Consulting in Huntington Beach, California. Let me guide you on a personal journey to get in touch with your body, mind and spirit through yoga. Yoga is for everyone! If your attempts to touch your toes stop at your knees, yoga is for you, too. It'll loosen up both your body and mind from the effects of the "real world." Yoga is a fantastic antidote to hours spent sitting in front of a computer screen at work, and over time, it just might lead you to a new life away from the desk. I'm available to teach group lessons and individualized private sessions. I've been practicing Hatha Yoga for about 7 years and earned my Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Yoga Teacher certification through Cloud Nine Yoga in March 2010. I'm currently in classes at Cloud Nine for my RYT-500 Advanced Yoga Teacher certification, which I'll complete in August 2010. Later this year I'll complete a Wellness coaching certification through Wellcoaches Coach Training School, endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine. I'm also working on my Master of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport and will graduate in 2011. As you can see, I'll have so much more to offer you in the coming months. I would be honored to include you on my journey and help you to begin a transformation of your own.
