Our Focus Viento Capital LLC is a independent sponsor firm specializing in lower middle market buyouts, equity, debt, and special situations investments. The firm seeks to partner up with capital partners to invest in established businesses with demonstrable expertise and sustainable competitive positions. We aim to provide top quartile returns to our investors. The firm's primary strategy is to make control investments in the lower segment of the middle market ($1M to $10M of EBITDA) with an emphasis in improving margins through the application of transformational technologies, product or service enhancements, geographic expansion and/or accretive acquisitions.
