Vijigi Energy

Vijigi Energy is a DPIIT recognized startup, working towards democratizing zero-emission vehicle development via providing technology and data-driven insights that simplifies vehicle architecture, improves safety and efficiency, and reduces development costs. The company is led by Meet Kalola, who holds Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and MS from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. After graduating with Masters, Meet joined Nikola Motor Company in its very early stage in 2017. While working at Nikola Motor Company for more than 5 years, Meet obtained valuable first-hand experience of the EV development from conception to production. At Nikola, Meet contributed towards development of electric semi-truck, fuel-cell electric semi-truck, electric off-road vehicle and electric personal watercraft, while serving various roles such as Simulation Engineer, Technical Specialist - Controls, and Vehicle Controls Lead. Vijigi Energy is a proud runner-up of EVangelise-22, which is "India's largest EV Innovation Challenge", organized by iCreate.
