Help civic leaders and their economic and social partners to improve the living conditions for all inhabitants. Private and public decision-makers freely exchange their know-how, experiences and practices. VDA releases documentation based on results produced collectively Professionnal "Peer-to-Peer Panel" are organized to assist policy makers or appointed officers to co-produce solutions through training programmes on urban practice and innovative methods. VDA fosters integration of Regional, Metropolitan, City and rural-levels, providing a true international dimension through : State-Habitat, Mahacities, to transform the way to plan and develop urbanised places and enrich practices.
