Vilo Sky is social enterprise dedicated to building inclusive workplace cultures via our coaching, training and consultancy services. Our goal is to remove barriers to career progression that exist only because of stereotypes and systemic bias. Our focus right now is Working Parents, as we believe parental inequalities are huge contributors to gender attainment gaps. Our consultancy and coaching services are designed to draw out problems being face and resolve them in a way that naturally aligns to individual or organisational values and aspirations. We can show you how to clarify your aspirations and give you the impetus you need to achieve them.
