Vimasentosa is supply chain company and aquaculture. The first line of business is crabO aquaculture (mud crab farm). Our farm received seeds from fisherman (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua) or hatchery for fattening, growing, or harvesting soft shell crabs. Our brand is crabO and the tagline is O about the crabs. crabO produces live crabs and frozen soft shells (B2B, B2C and export), we also produce food processed from crabs such as pempek (the signature pempek filled with crab meats) for local market, delivery order seafood special crab (JaTaBek only), frozen crab nuggets, crab floss and crab chips. crabO cares about mangrove ecosystem in Indonesia especially in Java. We use vertical crab house with Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) to upgrade the value of mud crab to become fat and healthy to be consumed rather than traditional mud crab fishery that catch wild crab including small, thin or mother which carry eggs. We support government to control mud crab from the wild and develop more hatcheries.
