Vine Design Build (VDB) is a professionally organized real estate design build firm with a "focus local" mindset. VDB has been developing impact-full residential and commercial real estate projects in New England since 2007. Our entrepreneurial flexibility and extensive knowledge base has enabled us to successfully develop multiple product types including apartments, condominiums, town homes, retail, restaurants and office space. We do this by listening first to what our local market needs as they appear, often seeing opportunities where others see problems. The mission of every Vine project is to make meaningful improvement by transforming and revitalizing underutilized or overlooked properties while delivering attractive returns to its local neighborhoods.
