Vintage Meadows Senior Homes provides in-residence assisted living to the Advanced Aged, persons with physical disabilities, irreversible dementia/Alzheimer’s, and to the terminally ill. These client groups will benefit from assistance with personal care, health monitoring, and supportive services to improve, stabilize, and/or maintain their physical and mental well-being. Our home serves the citizens of Bluffview, WI and the surrounding area.
