Vinyl Foundation
The Vinyl Foundation is a funding mechanism run by EuPC to support VinylPlus®, the sustainable development programme of the European PVC industry. It collects funds from PVC converters which are dedicated largely to finance VinylPlus'® recycling operations.The programme includes a significant commitment to systematic recycling. To ensure that this initiative, which has been designed to benefit the whole industry, does not stumble because of financial constraints, it is vital to ensure that the costs are shared fairly across the whole PVC value chain.
