I am originally from Italy, and I studied Business Administration and Finance between Italy, the US and Brazil. My professional experience started in 2014 in New York, where I worked as a consultant for M&A transactions and business strategy. After I left New York and moved to Brazil in 2018, I joined the startup ecosystem in São Paulo working for a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments where I had the opportunity to help dozens of founders. My work with startups has brought me close to entrepreneurs and showed me that a traditional approach to business strategy – involving mainly technical and financial analysis - was not enough to improve the business performance. Today, I offer advisory services that combine technical elements with mindset, self-management, and story telling techniques to help entrepreneurs grow their business and their mindset.
