Viridian Homes, Llc

Viridian Homes, LLC was formed in 2010 in an effort to build Eco Friendly homes through out Virginia. Viridian Homes, LLC has committed to building all homes with the environment and energy savings in mind. All homes built by Viridian Homes, LLC will be certified either under the Energy Star guidelines, the Virginia EarthCraft House program, or underneath the National Green Buildling Standard. Viridian Homes, LLC will build fully custom homes or starter family homes on infill and brownfield sites. Recent developments have partnered Viridian Homes, LLC with fellow builder Richardson Homes, Inc, and the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NHRA) to build various projects throughout Norfolk, VA. Viridian Homes, LLC and Richardson Homes, Inc. had previously united to build the award winning,"The Tribute to the Armed Forces House" at the 2010 Tidewater Builder's Associations Homearama in East Beach, Norfolk, VA.
