Viridian Research and Consulting is a freelance agency, offering research services including market research, social research, evaluation and community engagement. Monica Greenwood is the founder and owner of Viridian Research & Consulting and is its Principal Consultant. She established the business to share her vast expertise in research having partnered with clients for over 25 years to drive growth in a large range of industries and sectors. This has included FMCG, banking & financial, health insurance, education, automotive, transport and retailing as well as extensive experience in the government and social sector at both the state and federal level. Monica’s experience covers both qualitative and quantitative methodologies with a focus in more recent years on online approaches, in particular online communities and customer panels. She is highly adept at evaluation studies, as well as UX research. Monica has strengths in advertising and communications research, business-to-business research and community engagement. She is a fully trained qualitative researcher having conducted thousands of groups, depth interviews, stakeholder sessions and immersive qualitative methodologies. She is also passionate about research operations and quality assurance, ensuring gold standard application of the Privacy Laws to protect our participants’ data.
