I am a virtual Assistant. Many people are unsure of what a VA is and in short i assist business owners with every day tasks that they either don't have time to do or simply 'want to do. With 18 years experience in accounts behind me I offer General Bookkeeping, ensuring your accounts are kept up to date ready for your accountant at the end of each month. Services include preparing and posting invoices/receipts, posting and allocating cash and keeping all accounts reconciled. Alongside my bookkeeping I have 4 years customer service experience. This includes monitoring and responding to social media comments and messages, customer emails, eCommerce site messages such as eBay, Amazon and Etsy. Why use a virtual assistant?
