We are a bookkeeping business based in North Wales set up by Sue and Hannah to support businesses in their day to day financial affairs. Our Mission is to provide the bookkeeping service that suits your individual business. For some businesses this will be a complete bookkeeping service from invoicing the customer, paying suppliers to delivering a set of detailed monthly reports. For others it may mean no reports just making sure the vat is submitted on time and the accountant has all the information needed to report to HMRC and work out the tax bill. There are a lot of variations in between and we strive to get you on the right service to suit your individual needs at a fixed monthly cost. Sue became qualified as a bookkeeper to help the family business, this followed a meeting with their accountant which left her feeling more confused than enlightened. After qualifying and spending 4 years working with a couple of clients and in the family businesses she joined forces with Hannah to start Virtual Balance Ltd. The ICB have a program for all members to make sure we are up to date with the industry so our clients don't have to be.
