Virtual Consulting Solutions, LLC (VCS) was founded in 2006 by David Amborski and we focus on development and execution of high quality Change Management, Communications and Training Strategies for clients. We provide the following services: • Organizational Change Management using proven implementation methodologies. • Business Process Optimization using Six Sigma-based methodology. • Implementation of ERP Centers of Excellence (COE). • Independent Validation and Verification (IV & V) services on change, communication or training related projects. • Training as a Service (TaaS) support strategies and services; particularly in support of ERP implementations. We also provide lead generation and RFP response services for consulting organizations who want to supplement or out-source their Change Management and Training sales execution activities. This includes qualifying leads, presentation development and pre-sales support activities. In addition, VCS has published numerous White Papers, Points-Of-View and Position Papers on Organizational Change Management, Training and ERP implementations.
