VirtueUK are a multi-award winning UK-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering service to clients in the greater London area. Unlike MSPs that focus on large or enterprise-level businesses, we focus on providing service to organisations between 30 and 400 users with a particular specialism in the charity and non-profit sector. Our vision is to raise service delivery standards in the IT industry through a strategically led, ethical business approach centred around building and maintaining customer trust. We understand that in order to be relied upon as trustworthy, we must behave (as individuals) and operate (as a business) with integrity, accountability, and transparency. That is why we integrate those core values at every level of our operations and customer engagements. Approaching business with these core values has led to a maturity in our approach beyond our years, attracting several consultants to work for us with enterprise backgrounds including Morrisons, Trainline, Clarks and Bank of Tokyo. We are committed to providing our unique approach and enterprise experience to organisations that have been traditionally underserved by IT providers: removing confusion, eradicating misrepresentation of capabilities, and prioritising customer service over customer revenue.
