Virtunium makes interacting with corporate websites as simple as a conversation with a person, and as people relate to people, we use intelligent 3D Virtual Assistants, which can be customized to fit the brand and message of a company, to do so. The Virtunium solution is based on 2-parts. It turns ‘dumb’ 3D Avatars – designed by any party – into moving Intelligent Virtual Assistants, 2. the proprietary Virtunium back-end interface, which enables the execution of user requests on the corporate web-site. Together they create effortless online customer service experiences. Virtunium has the ambition to become a major provider of intelligent, interactive and engaging communication solutions using Avatars or Digital Humans (scans of real persons) in combination with the latest speech technologies and a powerful Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine, with a unique back-end integration executing all user requests, showing the results instantly to the user, and by doing so creating a voice-controlled interactive web-site or (web)application.
