Virtus Law PLLC is passionate about the pursuit of excellence: excellence in problem solving, excellence in work product and excellence in customer satisfaction. In order to achieve excellence we have narrowed the service offerings of Virtus Law PLLC. It is focused on embracing the legal concerns of only two client types; privately-held businesses and their owners, along with real estate investors. Virtus Law PLLC embraces these two clients and becomes their “in house” general counsel. At Virtus Law, we have multiple thought leaders: Issues involving general business transactions, acquisitions and real estate concerns, estate and tax planning, asset protection and governance are solved by twenty year veteran, Tom Fafinski. While litigation is a process of last resort, it is an available business tool nonetheless; Nathan Nelson uses this tool to create business opportunities in commercial and real estate dispute resolution arenas.
