Our goal is to initiate a contractual agreement between the employer and the candidate with regards to an employment relationship, which is beneficial to both parties. As recruiting agents we work on result based fees. This means that we only receive a fee if the recruitment process has been successful and if the position has also been successfully occupied. For applicants our services are free of charge. Our main objective is to provide qualified and experienced staff for our partners – cruise companies and hotels.
