Viserion International, Llc

Viserion is a group of companies largely focused on the movement of physical commodities, including grains, feed ingredients, and other by-products, domestically and internationally. Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, Viserion is supported by a management team with strong experience in the grain industry. Viserion owns and operates assets and trading offices across the U.S. and in Europe, with over $4 billion of annual revenue. Viserion International and its subsidiaries are backed by a fund managed by Pinnacle Asset Management, L.P, an alternative asset management firm focused on global commodities markets with $5.9 billion under management. In 2024, Viserion's wholly owned subsidiary, Elian Barcelona, S.L, acquired a soybean processing facility located in the Port of Barcelona, Spain. The facility serves the Spanish and European feed and food ingredient markets. In 2022, Viserion purchased Western Milling, LLC. Established in 2001, Western Milling is the largest distributor and manufacturer of commercial feed products in California with facilities spanning from Texas, Arizona, California, and Oregon. The company's facility in Goshen, California is the largest feed mill in the world. Western Milling also owns and operates businesses in pet food, trucking & logistics, and fertilizer storage and distribution. Viserion formed Viserion Grain, LLC in early 2021 for the purpose of investing in strategic assets within the grain handling and storage space. Shortly after its formation, Viserion Grain acquired 10 facilities along the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. Viserion Grain has since expanded into non-asset based grain trading, while continuing to grow its asset footprint.
