Vision Emerging Consulting specializes in non-profit arts, education and youth organizations leadership transitions and executive coaching of staff and board leaders. We help organizations navigate transitions and strategic pivots necessitated by internal changes, external events, and market conditions. The firm maintains a roster of specialized professional consultants in the marketing, technology, production, legal and financial areas. The goal of the firm is to support non-profit boards and staff through transitions by helping organizations to embrace change and successfully navigate the roller coaster of events and emotions that often emerge during transitions. In our role as consultants, we emphasize collecting the essential information that helps board members make critical decisions that are in the best interest of the organization’s future stability and in keeping with their mission.
