Our Firm Vision Financial Management was founded in 2004 by Rob Winston, CFP® after spending six years with a large financial planning firm in Cleveland. Limited savings and investment strategies at that firm motivated him to search other alternatives. He affiliated with LPL Financial in December 2004. LPL Financial is the #1 Independent Broker Dealer in the U.S. as reported by Financial Planning magazine, June 1996-2022, based on total revenue. Rob is assisted by Jerri Weaver who has over 25 years experience in the financial planning arena and has been part of the firm since its inception. Our Mission Counsels individuals and families on how to pursue their life goals by developing their vision, and creating the appropriate financial structure to support and preserve those goals in an ever-changing economic environment.
