The tools to help you include your personal daily macro count, food diary and meal plans. Exercise: to achieve your goals you will need to exercise. Your trainer will be there every step of the way to motivate, educate and inspire you through the session to ensure you are exercising safely and comfortably as well as reaching your short term benchmarks to achieve your long term goals.
