Vision4Business is a non-governmental organisation based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, aimed at providing people of all ages and backgrounds the necessary tools and knowledge to pursue a career in entrepreneurship in Romania and beyond and to become real challenge-seekers and growth-oriented professionals. We are a team of Romanian professionals with broad expertise in various fields, such as business management & development, finance & investment, leadership & coaching, who acknowledge the value of expert advice and mentoring in the quest for professional development. Therefore, we offer trainings, workshops and seminars aimed at developing and promoting skills that are vital for future entrepreneurs, i.e. business strategy, leadership, analytical thinking and innovation, problem solving and active learning, with a special focus on educating people in the spirit of financial responsibility and awareness.
