Visionin

Visionin was founded in 2013 by the graduates of the Computer Vision laboratory at Inha University as a university start-up company. Currently, Visionin consists of 5 Ph.D’s and 6 Master's in information and communication engineering or statistics, has expertise in various applications of computer vision and pattern recognition such as machine vision, biometrics, and video analytics, and has been conducting a number of R&D projects funded by government and industry. In particular, Visionin has world-class competency in real-time computer vision technology based on parallel processing techniques, not only for desktop platforms but also for embedded systems. The team concentrates on developing high-performance computer vision algorithms for automatic detection, tracking, and recognition of targets of interest in video streams, with a focus on improving processing speed and reliability of existing algorithms to enhance the performance of the products.
