Social mobility is in our DNA at Visionpath. We were founded in 2008 by a school leaver from a social mobility background, because of his own challenges getting into work when he left school. He wanted to change the game for others like him and help employers find talent with huge potential, but limited access. Today, we've worked with over young people and helped employers like LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Mars, Mindshare, Novuna and Ofcom to reach, recruit and retain diverse school leavers.
