With our assistance, contractors will receive fully coordinated packs of information at RIBA stage 3, resulting in a more competitive tender. Not only do we provide pre-tender design information, but we also offer a wide array of services including Dilapidation surveys, Programme analysis, Land appraisal, and much more. Our focus is to enable projects to arrive on-site as quickly as possible with minimal delays in the pre-construction process.
