Acquired by Standard & Poor’s in 2006, Vista Research became part of its Equity Research Services group. Vista Research operated as a subscription-based, primary research service that supported institutional money managers, corporations and legal and consulting firms. Vista Research connected its clients with Members of the Society of Industry Leaders, a carefully selected global network of key thought leaders and industry professionals. Guidepoint Global acquired Vista Research in May 2009. Members of the Society of Industry Leaders are now members of "Guidepoint Global Advisors."
