Vitagrate© has been an established business for the past 7 years trading and manufacturing - Steel and fiberglass gratings, trench covers and stair treads - Vitagrate Handrails, stanchions and bends - Grating gates and wall panels - Made up handrail panels units The Company Vitagrate (Pty) Ltd has since grown into a highly competitive and efficient manufacturing and supply company with maximum automation offering excellent service to the pertro-chemical, power generation, mining, food and beverage, the steel, civil and construction industries, many EPC and EPCM’s and a host of other industries. The company’s asset value is approximately +R10million from a small beginning and continues to gain traction with existing and new clients seeking high quality, committed deliveries, exceptional service, and dealing with highly skilled and motivated individuals with focused goals in ensuring customer satisfaction and company growth. It remains liability free. Supply can be undertaken country wide, cross boarder or blue water if required. The history of Vitagrate© began when its founder and MD, Dodds Pringle, a well-known figure in South Africa in the grating and handrail industry for the past 45 years and past MD and 50% shareholder in the family grating business he built up with his mother, Gwen English- Pringle, sold his shares in pursuit of his own business for personal reasons. As a family member who was involved in building the business from the early age of 15, whilst attending school, he was responsible for building the family business into the company it is today after her passing, as well as securing the largest grating and handrail contract in South Africa for some R400million at the time, and seeing it through to early completion and handover.
