Shirlí Yoga was founded in 2012 and over the years grew to become Vitality Vibe in 2021. Vitality Vibe is a team of wellness experts. We are passionate about what we do and we offer solutions to your corporate wellness needs. We create bespoke wellness programs specifically for your business, whether you need an informative session on meditation or nutrition, a team bonding day in the Mourne mountains or stress management sessions with our canine workplace program or forest bathing. We have it all! We also offer a subscription based, online, wellness library where you can find hundreds of videos across the wellness spectrum - office yoga, pilates, mindfulness, meditation, healthy recipes, stress management and more! Shirlí Muldoon is the founder and mastermind behind Vitality Vibe with over 15 years experience working in the wellness industry. The inspiration for Vitality Vibe comes from Shirlí's own experience of recovery following a car accident where she suffered a brain haemorrhage and broke her neck along with other superficial injuries. Her journey of recovery encouraged her to research all types of healing modalities and Vitality Vibe was created so she could share her findings with you on how to create vitality both physically and mentally.
