Holistic nutritionist, health practitioner & soulpreneur. I specialize in digestive imbalances & autoimmune conditions and work 1:1 with clients to give them holistic tools to take back power over their lives and help them to reach their highest potential. I am an herbal creatrix, and grow and craft my own herbal formulas for preventative and maintenance purposes, and offer solutions for a multitude of conditions, from insomnia and stress, to inflammation and pain. I also host holistic healing retreats in Ontario, bringing in a fusion of yoga, mindfulness practices, plant based cuisine, educational workshops and healing ceremonies. I am active on social media and am an influencer on Instagram, as well as the host of Vitality Vixen, a program that seeks to discuss provocative contemporary themes in the holistic health world.
