Vitkin Winery

A small family owned and managed winery, led by a brother-sister partnership. Vitkin Winery, which led the ABC (anything but Cabernet/ Chardonnay) revolution, produces award winning wines and pioneered Mediterranean varieties in Israel. Bordeaux trained winemaker Assaf Paz, the father of quality Carignan in Israel, is a most innovative winemaker, who has created and led new trends in the country. Sharona Belogolovski is the CEO. She is one of the first and most prominent woman CEO’s of a winery in Israel. Vitkin Winery is situated at Kfar Vitkin in the Sharon Plain, easily accessible from Routes 2,4 and 6. The Visitors’ Center offers a wide range of wines, excellent quality homemade and local food and places to sit, eat and meet in a beautiful setting alongside a vineyard. The wines are Kosher.
