Viva Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice and Pilates Studio conveniently located on the corner of Flinders Lane and Elizabeth Street in the Melbourne CBD. Our clinic philosophy is simple: we dedicate 100% of your appointment time to you, and we will ensure we find not only relief from your pain, but also a cure for the underlying biomechanics of your injury. Our dedicated Pilates studio runs over 30 classes per week including Clinical Pilates, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, pregnancy (pre- and post-natal) Pilates and our new and exciting class, Power Pilates! Our physios regularly write blogs with lots of useful tips on injury prevention and treatment.
