Viva Positiva Ltd. was founded to help address the challenges of growing older, healthier. Witnessing countless people who seem to be ageing more 'successfully' than others, it's mission is to enable the maintenance & management of mental health, motivation, and meaning, from mid-life onwards. We're all older adults in training - what the evidence shows is that the time to invest in our old age apprenticeship is now, not when we're already there. Viva Positiva provides Consultancy, Coaching, Training, Organisational Facilitation services built on the platform of Positive Psychology - the 'Science of Happiness' to empower those touched by Ageing - older adults, those who care for and support them, and the organisations & nations which provide for them - unleashing the potential for an optimally functioning, flourishing older age.
