The name, Vivayic, comes from a Sanskrit word that translates into “wisdom from experience” which is contrasted with wisdom from books. This speaks to the essence of why we exist: to help organizations provide meaningful experiences that lead to deep understanding and change in performance and/or approach. We believe learning can be better - better for the people important to you and better in serving your strategic priorities. We engage as your partner. We choose to only work with organizations whose purpose in the world aligns to what's important to us.(We're privately held with no debt and plenty of work in the pipeline, so we get to be selective.) We know many organizations don't have the resources to engage partners, like us. So we share a lot of our tools, resources, and insights for free. Why? We have an abundance mindset. There is more project work "out there" than we could ever dream of. The more organizations that make learning meaningful and relevant, the better off we are a society.
