Vivers Planas is a company dedicated to the world of plants. The company was founded in 1935 by Mr. Joan Planas, who then passed it onto his sons Joaquim and Josep Maria who successfully expanded the operation. Currently the company is managed by Joan’s grandsons Joaquim and Joan, the third generation of Planas in charge. Over the years, Vivers Planas has evolved into a significant nursery with a global footprint. Under the stewardship of Joaquim and Josep Maria, the company expanded, internationalized, and cultivated a reputation for delivering high-quality plants suitable for export to demanding markets worldwide. The nursery's diverse climatic conditions enable the production of a wide array of plant species, including conifers, deciduous and evergreen trees, ornamental shrubs, and Mediterranean forest plants. The commitment to quality and environmental stewardship underscores their production practices. Outside of our home market in Spain, we have been exporting our products all over Europe for many years, particularly to Germany, Andorra, England, Belgium, Croatia, France, Holland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Switzerland. We have an established customer base in North Africa, mainly Algeria and Morocco. In the last 10 years we have greatly expanded our customer base in the markets of Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iraq, Qatar, Turkey and Uzbekistan. As Vivers Planas continues to evolve and expand its global presence, its enduring legacy is a testament to its founders' vision, the resilience of its leadership, and the company's ability to adapt to changing market dynamics while maintaining a commitment to environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction.
