Who are we? ViVi Homes is a family business that rents out holiday homes on the Costa del Sol. Our family and our team have fallen in love with the landscape, culture, lifestyle, and, of course, the beautiful climate of southern Spain. Not long after we took the step to move from The Netherlands to Spain ourselves, to focus on developing full-service hospitality, and to let our guests experience this feeling too! What is important? Our relationships with guests and homeowners are our highest priority because without them there would be no reason for existence for ViVi Homes. What is important and distinctive about us, is the focus on providing 5-star service, both for our guests and our homeowners. This was set forth from our passion for hospitality, and our drive to satisfy each party’s every need. What is also important to ViVi Homes is trying to minimize our CO2 emissions and environmental impact. We do this together with our guests by using less single-use plastics, and keeping water spillage as low as possible, within our company and holiday lets as much as possible. In this way, we always ask our guests to be aware of the ecosystem and to work with us towards a cleaner environment and climate. We are driven to support the local entrepreneurs in the region as much as possible. The local market offers beautiful products such as wine, vegetables, chorizo, herbs, ham, fruit, and much more. We like to bring this to the attention of our guests in order to support the local economy. Our packages and selection of wines that we supply are therefore also very carefully chosen from the product offering of local entrepreneurs. What do we do? Our team is focused on delivering the perfect experience, in order to hopefully achieve a long-term relationship with our guests and our partners. We make sure that we are always available and active in supporting our partners and guests so that they can rely on us.
