Viya Constructions is a professionally managed turnkey building construction company in Kerala. We are based in Kochi and extend our services to Kollam, Alleppey, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta and Thrissur in addition to our base station Kochi. The company is run by professionals from IIM and XLRI and offers a multitude of services related to building construction. Services offered range from identification of the land for construction to soil testing to foundation advisory to actual civil construction, finishing and interior works to exterior and landscaping. In addition we also offer liaisoning services with Government institutions to get the paper work done.
