OKE AKINSEYE Joke Akinseye is a management, training and Education consultant with expertise across several industries and sectors such as IT, Real Estate, Education, and Network Marketing. She offers business advisory services, consulting, capacity building and development to corporate organization both in Nigeria and UK. She is the Managing Director/ CEO of VJPD Consult, a training, recruitment and outsourcing company. She hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree first in Microbiology, from the University of Ibadan and a second (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics, from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, UK. Also she proceeded to get a Masters degree in Applicable Mathematics from the University of Greenwich, UK. As a result of her passion for education, she went further in her career and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) from the Canterbury University, U K. She is currently studying for another Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with focus on “Making Strategies Work”, at Edinburgh business School and also studying for Doctor of Philosophy (PHD), Mathematics with focus on Fluid mechanics at the University of Lagos, simultaneously. Over the course of her career as a business consultant and trainer, Joke has coached and mentored several upcoming staff in various industries both in the private and the public sector. She is a frequent speaker at business events and has anchored several inductions, trainings, seminars and workshops for organizations across the globe. Also she provided leadership development training to middle managers and several top level business executives. She is an entrepreneur and investor with interest in real estate, facility management, logistics, branding and Agro business. She is an experienced researcher, she has used both qualitative and quantitative research methods to produce research output both national and globally.
