VM Kare is Registered NDIS Provider managed by experienced and professional team members. Our Employees bring in their vast experience from Aged Care, Disability, Mental health, Youth and child related services. Our priority is to ensure our Participants continue to get the support they need to live in the community. Our vision is optimising social and economic independence and full participation for people with disability. An important part of our vision is striving to become the number one best service provider in our community. I am writing to express my interest in working with other Providers or your current participants requiring a NDIS Provider, the services we provide are: 1. Assistance to Access & Maintain Employment or Higher Education 2. High Intensity Daily Personal Activities 3. Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions & Supports 4. Daily Personal Activities 5. Assistance with Travel & Transport Arrangements 6. Community Nursing Care 7. Assistance with Daily Life Task in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement (SIL) 8. Innovative Community Participation 9. Development of Daily Living & Life Skills 10. Household Task 11. Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities 12. Group & Centre Based Activities We are able to take on any self or plan managed and NDIA Managed participants within Sydney. Our company is home based although we are happy to travel to the participants to provide services. Our operating hours are 24/7 and are available to start taking on new participants as of next week.
