VMS Consulting Engineers is a private company founded in Belgrade, Serbia in 1992 specialized in a wide range of construction including design, supervision, and technical support during construction. Over the last twelve years VMS has been involved in several Projects as assistant to the Project Management with various international consulting companies operating in Serbian market such as COWI A/S Denmark and Scott Wilson Ltd. UK. This experience with some of the biggest and well-known companies in the field of consulting business made us leaders in this area in Serbia. Additionally, VMS can also draw on a pool of specific expertise through its close co-ordination with Belgrade University and specialized Institute for materials and testing of civil engineering. Starting with five employees, the Company today has 25 permanent employees, all of them civil and structural engineers and architects, and an extensive network of exclusive experts covering different fields of specializations and working on a part time basis.
