People are empowered to lead the lives that they want, as individuals and in their relationships with others, so that they can heal and grow. While I work with a wide spectrum of issues, I am passionate about helping people adjust to new roles, challenges, and stages in life. Life has no instruction manual, and we all need support along the way, even though it can be scary and hard to ask for. Couples and individuals have a chance to find love, trust, connection, and hope when addiction has stolen them. New moms struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment to motherhood can find support so that they can be the mom they are meant to be. There is hope. Things will get better.
