Originally, we created Voista to service Calanna Pharmacy Group’s numerous locations around Far North Queensland. However, after increasing basketsize 12% in 6 weeks, and doubling their loyalty program; we realised we were onto something that could really compliment Australian Pharmacy, and retail in general. After a great deal of qualitative research, we’ve discovered what works for the very precise industry of Community Pharmacy, and the nuances that the culture enjoys. Nothing pushy, nothing ‘salesy’, just the way Australian Retail Pharmacy staff like it; and an average of 10-15% increase in basketsize just the way Pharmacy owners like it! We now serve Pharmacy Groups all over Australia and are thrilled to be a part of the training wing of Australian Community Pharmacy. We believe that the way forward for pharmacy is through long term and preventative care; and Voista is the best in the world at facilitating conversations about total solutions in a mass scale, with high levels of accountability.
