Breaking away from a well-established family pharmaceutical legacy, he ventured into the world of skincare with a mission to harness the power of nature and science. Jaideep’s passion led him down an unconventional route, where he discovered the groundbreaking potential of Botanical Molecular techniques. Back in 2008, these techniques were being used in Japan to screen cosmeceutical ingredients for skin and hair care applications—an approach that fueled his curiosity to address major skin concerns, beyond just topical solutions. This curiosity sparked the creation of Trumount Bioverse, born from collaboration with top laboratories in Tokyo. Together, they explored the potency of phytochemicals in natural ingredients like kakadu plum, lotus seeds, coffee, turmeric, and green tea—ingredients now known to support cellular antioxidant defense. With a deep belief in Responsible Beauty and the philosophy that skincare should be effective yet non-toxic, Jaideep launched VOTRE Skincare, where nature and science converge to create transformative, ethical products for your skin.
