Following a move from Saskatchewan to the Okanagan in the early 1970’s, Founder Rod Friesen opened Voyager RV on April 24, 1984. Located in Winfield BC, the business featured five consignment RVs and an office in a double-wide trailer."I got quite a few consignments, and that was my inventory" explains Friesen."We scoured the local classifieds, magazines, and back alleys. Things started to grow from there." That sales lot is now home to over 350 RVs on over 12 acres of land and a two-story office and parts store along with three service and detail shops has replaced the double-wide trailer.
