What we do is create an optimal balance between personal aspirations and organizational ambitions increasing productivity and encouraging inner commitment, dedication, passion and fun at work. It is our opinion that organizations need to shift their mindset from shareholder value to stakeholder value. To achieve this a form of rehabilitation is needed within leadership and management which has the goal of aligning organizational cultures more with ordinary life: In our private lives kindness, sincerity, commitment, equality, et cetera are not regarded as soft and sentimental, but as the foundation of successful and intense relationships. We want to carry this forward in organizational cultures, because we see that the rigid focus on only producing results also has a destructive side. We are truly worried that the psychological contact is disappearing and that there is a lack of attention to the people side of business. The extreme gap in the way that people deal with their colleagues and the way they deal with their friends and family needs to be bridged.
