Our experience We have over 3 years of experience in modeling in Revit (+ AutoCAD) and have successfully completed more than 30 projects, bringing significant benefits to our clients. We have a thorough understanding of 3D modeling, cost estimation, reading project documentation, principles of construction work, manufacturing technologies and equipment and structure installation. Our uniqueness The uniqueness of our work lies in the fact that we create a project template individually for each client and perform our work quickly and efficiently. Throughout the project execution, we maintain communication with our client to take into account all his wishes in the project. What does our client get? The client receives a list of the quantities of construction materials required for the project, such as the volume of concrete, area of plastering, area of paint, etc. Additionally, they receive a 3D model of their structure for visual assessment, which is hosted on a dedicated website and is constantly available for the client to view. Types of project We work with various types of projects, ranging from small cottages to high-rise skyscrapers with underground parking, basements, excavations and landscaped surroundings. We also handle projects for shopping centers, schools, commercial facilities, and more. About our workflow in the first stage, we create a 3D model of the building based on your drawings (dwg, pdf, etc). In the second stage, using the created model, we develop the Bill of Quantities, which is a table containing data on the quantities of all materials that will be used for construction by the client.
