VyCAP is a provider of technology for the isolation, identification and analysis of cells and single cells from biological fluid samples. The company designs, and manufactures innovative solutions for both Life Science and Clinical applications. We combine molding technologies with MEMS micromachining and standardized bio-analytical methods. This results in simple to use technologies that produce high quality analytical results that can be operated in any laboratory by any technician. • Single cell isolation Puncher technology in combination with very efficient and rapid Microwell cell seeding technology. Designed to isolate and transfer single cells with a very high efficiency (>95%) from our microwells to your reaction tube of choice (Culture plates, 384 well plate, Eppendorf tubes, etc.) The transferred cells can be analyzed for their DNA / RNA content or can be cultured for clonal expansion. • Select the cells to isolate on basis of the secreted proteins, hormones and antibodies. Isolate the DNA/RNA sequences of the secreted products to discover and screen for new immunotherapy antibodies for personalized medicine and antiviral therapies. • Rare cell screening and isolation using the unique combination of our Mircowell chip with our Puncher technology. • Disposable filtration technology for the isolation, detection and analysis of Circulating Tumor Cells (CTC) from whole blood. After the CTC have been captured these can be stained and analyzed on the sieve in an easy and efficient fashion.
