Our company was founded In 2010 with the aim to provide property owners with the solutions and support they need to maximise their property’s profitability. We started by managing a few small flats and found there was a great demand for what we were offering. Several years later, we have formed bonds with more than 400 owners who have entrusted their apartments to us. Today we are seeking to collaborate with new property owners. Thanks to a high occupancy rates year round, we are able to guarantee high revenues over a 3-year contract. We only take 10-18% commissions, while property owners obtain a higher revenue than the normal market price.
